Travelling from London on the A12 to Lowestoft and the A117 to Oulton Broad. The Hotel can be found on Bridge Road on the right overlooking Oulton Broad. From the A47 and the A146 ( Beccles Road) joining Bridge Road the Hotel can be found on the left. Oulton Broad North and South Train Stations are situated a short walk from the Hotel, with services from Lowestoft, Norwich, Beccles, Ipswich and London.
